Anthony Providenti

Anthony serves and Executive Vice President – Corporate Development of Covetrus, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVET) where he has responsibility for corporate development activities including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic arrangements for Covetrus, a leading provider of products, services and solutions to the veterinary and animal health providers globally. Prior to that Anthony held a number of senior executive positions at Henry Schein, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSIC) the world’s largest provider of healthcare products and services to office-based practitioners, with revenues in 125 countries in excess of $12 billion, 1 million customers and 22,000 employees operating in 34 countries culminating with serving as Vice President – Corporate Business Development with a focus on growing Henry Schein’s Medical and Animal Health business units. Anthony was with Henry Schein for 16 years originally serving in the legal department as Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Anthony was a corporate attorney in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Anthony lives in East Hampton, NY and has three children including his son Troy who was born with Down syndrome. Anthony has a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where he served as an Editor on the Law Review.
